IT Business Book (“IBB”) website is owned and operated by a business unit
of Axsnet Technology Limited. By using this site, you accept these terms of use.

intellectual property rights, IBB owns all rights to the rest of the Content.
Limited right to use
Subject to all applicable advertisers and third party content licences, you may
access, print and download the Content onto electronic, magnetic, optical or similar
storage media provided that:
- such activities are for private research, study or in-house use only; and
- none of the text or associated images or graphics are modified in any way; and

Force majeure
IBB shall not be liable to you under these terms and conditions, for any loss or
damage which may be suffered by you due to any cause beyond IBBs reasonable control
including without limitation any act of God, exceptionally severe weather, failure
of shortage of power supplies, flood, drought, lightning or fire, strike, lock-out,
trade dispute or labour disturbance, the act or omission of government, highways
authorities, other telecommunications operators or administrations or other competent
authority, war, military operations, acts of terrorism or riot.
Applicable laws
These terms, the site, the Service, the Content and all use of it shall be governed
by English Law, and you and IBB submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English
courts (save that IBB may take action in relation to enforcement of its intellectual

remember that we do not actively monitor the contents of advertiser details or testimonials
and are not responsible for any of the information posted. IBB does not vouch for
or give any warranty in relation to the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of
any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message. IBB cannot
guarantee that messages you send will be received by the intended recipient.
The messages posted on the Service express the views of the author of the message,
not necessarily the views of IBB has the right and ability to remove objectionable
messages as defined at IBBs sole discretion and we reserve the right to delete or

IBB - Advertising guidelines
IBB is here to help buyers find suitable suppliers. Buyers, please ensure that you
abide these terms of use which include the requirement that you comply the following
guidelines.
- Contributions must be civil and tasteful. Please do not use offensive and abusive
language. Be constructive and relevant in your response to postings. We will consider
removing any posts that other users may find offensive or that we receive complaints
about.
- We will not allow racism, sexism, homophobia or other objectionable or unlawful
material in postings.
- We reserve the right without liability to remove or amend any advertising or text
that may put us in legal jeopardy, including without limitation potentially libellous
or defamatory information.
Violation of terms of use
IBB reserves the right without liability to delete any advertisement, message or
posting, or take action against any relevant party, at any time, for any reason.
Persistent abuse of the terms of use or breach of these guidelines may result in
action being taken against the relevant party. These terms of use are in addition
to any and all legal rights and remedies that IBB has from time to time.
