• I am a buyer; do I need to pay in order to get quotes from the Suppliers?
  No, the service is free of cost for buyers. The person or company seeking quotes need not to pay. We charge small amount to our Suppliers for the request.
• By using the website, am I bound to work with a Supplier?
  No, this decision is yours. You can work with our supplier if your requirements are satisfied otherwise you may walk away.
• What happens after submitting my request on website?
  We send an email and request you to validate the requirement by clicking the link on email. You may also like to add more information if you wish.
• When am I suppose to receive quotes?
  It will take 24 hours to process your request. Our Supplier would contact you on next working day.
• Is my data safe?
  Yes, it 100% safe with us. We comply with data protection act. We send your details to the selected suppliers only to contact you about the project.

• Can I Register my business for Free?
  Yes, you can register your business with us to appear on our directory for free of cost.
• What is a qualified lead?
  A qualified lead means there is a person or company with a genuine requirement for quotes in the business area where you sell your products and services. We send an enquiry to our suppliers once we verify the buyer’s request.
• How do I receive the qualified leads?
  You will receive an email notification for all new leads. We request you to login to your online account on Suppliers Intranet website to retrieve the full details.
• How do I pay for the service?
  At the start of each month we will send you an invoice for the service you have received during the previous month. You may pay us either by bank cheque or by online payment before or on last day of payment. Click here to see full price list. We will charge £20.00 as administration fee if we don’t receive payment within payment period. The payment period is number of days between bill date and date of payment (usually 10 working days).
• What if we sign contract with the Client (Buyer) from a lead?
  You won the contract and it is yours. We do not charge anything for the project you agreed to work with Client (Buyer). It would be nice if you let us know you are doing well.
• How many competitors are approaching for a lead?
  It would be a maximum of six companies on most of our business category.
• Can I subscribe to more than one business category?
  You can subscribe as many as you want for your products and services. You may add more subscription by yourself using your online account on Suppliers Intranet website; we will try to get you leads on as soon as possible.
• Can I put my subscription on hold for couple of days?
  Yes, you can. We understand that you may need to put your subscription on hold from time to time and work on leads you have received from us. In this case, you need to inform us that you like to suspend your subscription for a period. The System will automatically activate your subscription on the day you wish to receive them again.
• How do I choose the kind of leads and the quantity?
  The leads are categorised based on business functions that allow you to find your business offer or your products and services easily. Our Registration process is very simple to use. Please let us know if you need help setting your account up.
• How do I publish my company profiles, products & services and testimonials on Supplier Directory?
  During registration process, you can add your company profile and rest of the information (products & services and testimonials) can be submitted using your online account on Suppliers Intranet website. The Supplier Intranet website allows you to view all leads assigned to you, add new subscription, add new user to business account, generate a report of leads, view billing information month wise and contact us if you need assistance.
